📑 How Ledgers Work - Guide

How RentlyGo Works

  1. 🏠 Home: Access all modules and navigate to key areas of the system.
  2. 👥 Ledgers: Manage financial records, tracking income, expenses, and other transactions.
  3. 🚜 Unit List: Add and manage units like tractors, JCBs, and other equipment, including rates and availability.
  4. 🚜 Products List: Manage products available for rent or sale, with details on their availability and specifications.
  5. 💳 Transactions: Record and track all financial transactions, including payments and receipts for products and services.
  6. 💰 Expenses: Add and track expense entries related to your operations, including titles, descriptions, and amounts.
  7. 💵 Bill Payment: Manage and process bill payments, ensuring that outstanding balances are cleared.
  8. 📊 Reports: Generate and view detailed reports on financial transactions, work hours, vehicle rentals, and more.
  9. 📥 Export: Export your data and reports into various formats (e.g., Excel, PDF) for further analysis or record-keeping.
  10. ❓ Help: Access this section for guidance and support on using the system.
  11. 📜 Terms & Conditions: Review the terms and conditions that govern the use of the RentlyGo system.
  12. 🚪 Logout: Sign out of the system when you're finished.

  • How do I add a new Tractor or JCB? → Go to "Units" > "Add Unit". Fill the type and rate.
